Who handles your information

WebBoss is the app and software studio operated by the team behind Web Spinner UK in Preston. Questions about personal information can be sent to sam@webspinneruk.com.

Information sent through the website

When you submit an enquiry, WebBoss receives the details you enter, the page used, referral and campaign information, your IP address and basic browser information. This is used to reply, assess the project, prevent abuse and keep a record of the commercial conversation.

Analytics

Google Analytics is used to understand which pages and sources lead to useful visits and enquiries. It may set identifiers in your browser and receive technical information about your visit. Google processes that information under its own terms.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers needed to host, secure, measure or respond to the website, or where the law requires it. Enquiry records are retained only for as long as they remain useful for the project, legal records or legitimate business administration.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of personal information, or object to its use, by emailing sam@webspinneruk.com. Some records may need to be kept where there is a legal or contractual reason.
